No Refunds, No Returns, or No Exchanges

All sales made on EduFilesHub.com are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

This is because:

  • Digital files are instantly delivered and cannot be “returned” like physical goods.
  • Once the file is downloaded or accessed, it is considered consumed.
  • We cannot revoke access or verify non-usage after delivery.

Exceptions

We may offer a refund or alternative solution only in the following rare cases:

  • You were charged twice for the same product
  • You received a corrupted file and we are unable to fix or replace it
  • You accidentally purchased the wrong product and haven’t downloaded it yet

All such cases will be reviewed manually. If eligible, refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days and It will be credited to your original payment method with in 7 days.

Shipping

Physical Shipping is not applicable to our business.
However all the E books are delivered to the given Mail ID with in 10-15 mins once the payment is completed.
